What is included with your Title
This is what you will receive if you chosse to acquire a title from The Liberty Hundred.
Included with your title are:
- An Agreement Deed, transferring the right of "quiet enjoyment" to a lost manorial lordship title from B4WHY Limited to yourself (you can hold the title in sole or joint names)
- A Lordships Pledge for you to sign, making your personal commitment to help others less fortunate (for you to keep as a reminder)
- Confirmation that all the necessary checks have been made to ensure the title is not being used or has a legal owner
- If applicable - A history table detailing the principal changes, to the ownership of the manorial titles you are to be custodian of, over the course of its history mapped against the monarchs of England.
- A "Letter of Introduction" from a UK solicitor confirming the legality of the title and informing companies they may change their records to reflect your new title. This also explains how your title will reflect on your British Driving License and British Passport (sorry we can't do any other countries)
- A Letter of Introduction from myself with the same wording as that of the solicitor's letter to show friends
- A copy of the notice placed in The London Gazette (this will follow later when the notice has been placed)
Regular visitors to the site will know that over the last 6 months (from May 2011) our knowledge about "manorial title law" has significantly changed. The prices quoted on the site were/are based on a possessory legal title and no longer appropriate.
We have invested both time and huge amounts of money into finding the solution that gives purchasers a legal ownership immediately. This ownership is worth ten maybe more times than the value of a possessory title and therefore this needs to be reflected in the price of the service.
Our existing customers have been incredibly supportive through a difficult period and we would like to thank them again for this unprecedented support. All their revised deeds are in the post to them. Although the titles are not about money we can at least reward them, as a bi-product, by setting prices at a realistic level for what they now own.
We do not wish to immediately move to a realistic pricing structure but, after long discussions we have decided to increase prices by 20% per quarter until a correct level is achieved. This will enable people who wish to support what we are doing, can purchase at these levels, but a realistic value for the titles will eventually be achieved.
The first rise will be on 1st January, then 1st April and so on.
If you have been in communication with us, please do not worry, if you need longer I am sure we can arrange an agreeable timescale. I do hope you appreciate the situation, what you can acquire from us now is substantially different to the service we used to offer.
We provide a guarantee in four specific areas:
- We will do sufficient research to identify that a title, in all likelihood, does not have a legal owner, has not been registered or has been used since the date we believe it was last used, up to today's date
- We will ensure that all necessary legal work and notices are undertaken so that you can enjoy your titles without interferance
- If your ownership is challenged, we will deal with the claimant on your behalf
- If a claim does have legal merit, we will advise you, and offer to replace your title with another
- Our titles are protected by a legal ownership devised by us in conjunction with a London Barrister and a Litigation Solicitor with 30 years manorial law experience.
